***Please note that in the case of the most serious virus/malware infections a complete reinstallation of Windows may be necessary. There is no additional cost to perform a re installation. However, there is an additional fee if you would like your data (documents, pictures, music, favorites) backed up and restored. If a reinstallation is required there is no way to save installed programs.
